Over the years, we have adapted to the evolving landscape of the food and beverage industry, consistently enhancing the lives of our consumers. In recent years, we have witnessed a significant shift in consumer priorities, particularly in health and wellness. In response, we launched a range of health- oriented products that have resonated with our customers. Our multigrain soups, pure honey, and protein powders are not just offerings; they reflect our dedication to promoting healthier lifestyles without compromising on taste.
This year, we took a bold step by introducing a vibrant new range of candies and lollies, full of flavour and joy. These candies embody the spirit of indulgence and celebration, reminding us that life is meant to be enjoyed. While they appeal to those looking for a sweet escape, they also serve to diversify our portfolio and connect with our consumers on a different level.

Never in my life did I imagine that in this so-called modern world, we would witness war. It seems like everywhere we look, there’s conflict and chaos. But then, I think of people like my father-in-law, Areez Khambatta, or figures like Ratan Tata and Sudha Murty—individuals who are doing small acts of kindness that ripple into something greater, striving to make the world a better place.
With these inspiring people in mind, I am committed to doing my part to make a positive impact. I hold onto the hope that peace can be restored and that we can all find contentment. I pray that we don’t have to witness any more bloodshed than we already have.
My vision is simple: I want everyone to experience happiness, just as I wish for my loved ones. I’m proud to say that I’m making small but meaningful efforts to bring about change. With the support of my family at Rasna, through the Areez Khambatta Benevolent Trust and Rasna Foundation, we are enriching the lives of many. We extend a helping hand to those who feel powerless, like orphans or women facing circumstances beyond their control.
Over the past 6-8 months, our team has been inspired to connect with children and elderly individuals in our community. These interactions have brought us a profound sense of fulfillment as we’ve learned about their lives and the challenges they face.
As part of our CSR activities, we initiated discussions with these end beneficiaries, not only to verify their needs but also to provide them with the unseen care and attention they truly deserve. These meaningful conversations have deepened our understanding and commitment to supporting our community.
We empower women by giving them the tools they need to regain control of their lives, offering them a path to success. We support hospitals because illness is something no one can control, and by assisting those in need, we help them return to their normal lives.
We also invest in our future by supporting the youth, providing them with the resources they need to become tomorrow’s leaders—whether it’s study aid, materials, or learning centers.
In our ongoing journey, we are constantly exploring new avenues for CSR that effectively benefit underserved and deserving individuals in society. One approach we are considering is entrepreneurial CSR, where we aim to identify and support grassroots innovators. The goal is to ensure that the promotion of these innovators is not restricted to a limited audience, but instead, we seek out unsung heroes whose ideas and innovations have the potential to create significant societal impact. We want to help them push their boundaries and contribute to the greater good.
Another area of focus is providing CSR support to specific groups of women, such as widows or those affected by HIV, who often remain overlooked by society. These women need targeted CSR interventions to improve their lives and well-being.
Additionally, we are looking at empowering women by equipping them with skills traditionally reserved for men, such as driving, electrical work, or plumbing, depending on their interests. This not only helps break societal taboos but also gives women more control over their livelihoods.
As we move forward, we are confident that our social initiatives will continue to make a positive impact on society, and I’m grateful that you stand with us on this journey.
